Upon arrival in Cuba, tourists can pick up the CubacelTur card at José Martí International Airport or Varadero Airport. Various ETECSA Commercial Offices and stands across cities and airports are available 24/7 for this purpose.
In addition to the airports, multiple addresses in provinces such as Pinar del Río, La Habana, Matanzas, Villa Clara, and others provide the option to pick up the SIM card.
To use the service, your phone must be unlocked and support the specified network bands and frequencies. The APN settings must also be configured with "nauta" to access the data.
